Please join us for a Holiday Celebration of all the foods we'd like to have more often but restrain ourselves! Delicious food, delicious wine, all served and enjoyed in the intimate Winery Barrel Room. Each course will be wine paired "Prix Fixe" style. The menu for the evening:
1st Course
2024 Vanumanutagi Chardonnay
Osetra Caviar course-Lightly salted crispy potato chip, topped with Crème Fraiche, Osetra Caviar, chives and lemon zest
2nd Course
2024 Round Rocks
Lobster Mac & Cheese-A creamy four cheese blend of gouda, aged white cheddar, sharp cheddar and Havarti, tossed with cavatappi pasta and lobster
3rd Course
2015 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Wagyu Beef Sliders and truffle fries-Wagyu beef on a soft roll served with a bacon and tomato spread, fresh romaine, tomato and caramelized onions, accompanied with crispy fries drizzled with a truffle infused oil
4th Course
Mystery Wine
Banana split-caramelized banana, topped with strawberry, chocolate and vanilla ice cream, topped with fresh whipped cream, nuts and a cherry
